GRTC Transit System Awards Five-Year IDIQ Digital Signage Contract to Connectpoint, Industry Leading Provider of Multiple Award-Winning

Solar and AC Powered Digital Signage Products

The Greater Richmond Transit Company (GRTC) has awarded Connectpoint a new contract for multiple digital signage products including the company’s multiple award-winning Connectpoint® Digital Bus Stop® displays to be deployed throughout the transit system.

The first tranche of digital signage products to be installed will be the Connectpoint solar- or AC-powered 13” Digital Bus Stop Displays, to be deployed at GRTC’s Downtown Transfer Station in downtown Richmond. The signage will also include Connecpoint’s award-winning Falcon, an ADA Text to Speech device. GRTC will deploy additional signage from Connectpont’s suite of products that also include the Digital Bus Stop available in 3 additional sizes–22, 32”, and 42” as well as LED signage options.
